we've cleared one hurdle
Halloween is over, what a relief! It should really come as no surprise to anyone that I've never been a fan of the holiday. Too many bad experiences from my childhood to really get into discussing it plus its a boring story anyway.
All thats left to ask now is, are the Christmas decorations up at the stores yet?
time to clean things up
because no one is reading this and because I felt a change was needed, I decided to change the layout of my blog to better reflect my mood. How emo is that?

I've got around to reading my old email and felt like I was neglecting blogger so heres an update.
Jill and I went to Ann Arbor (or A2 for all the hip kids) to see Architecture in Helsinki at the Blind Pig. The two opening bands were just terrible but thats expected right? Thankfully AIH made up for it with one hell of a performance. If any of you reading are unfamiliar with the band, here's a link to their myspace page.
http://www.myspace.com/aihmusicThe show ended shortly before midnight but between the terrible weather and even worse service at Lil' Chef in Brighton, we didn't get home until 2:45 and to bed until almost 4. I called work and came in at noon. It was nice to get out and do something on a weekday, even if it throws my schedule off balance. Maybe thats what I need.
